about tai yi

Tai Yi is an ancient Chinese healing method that is similar to acupuncture without needles. It works by removing stagnation and promoting balance within the meridian system. It is a powerful tool for assisting in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Tai Yi means supreme movement. Supreme movement means a balanced movement of life force energies between all of the bodies that make up the human being. When all the meridians and all the chakras are working in harmony, you get supreme health

philosophy

The world we experience on the outside is a reflection of what is going on the inside. Someone can spend all their time and energy working on changing their environment or watching what they put in their body. To fail to recognize what is going on in their inner programming, how they think, reason, and feel, is to overlook the primary factor.

Someone can make choices to live a clean and pure life, but if they are still making the same old choices that negate their mental and emotional health, they will not find what they are looking for. True change comes from within and reflects out to one's outer environment.

In order for Tai Yi to work, the person receiving it must be willing to look at what is causing the primary disturbance and be willing to make different choices in life. If that person is not willing to make those changes, healing will not occur.

how does it work?

Tai Yi works by placing a series of pressure points placed on specific meridians to direct the flow of energy. This is called the grid. There are 4,000 different exercises, each one having a unique grid system to work with different levels of stagnation and to have a different effect. it is imperative that this grid is correct for the exercise to work. Energy must be directed in precise accordance to the natural flow of the meridians in order to work through stagnation.

A student of Tai Yi is taught to send Universal Energy. As opposed to someone sending their own energy into a person, this energy is clean and is not attached to the sender's emotions and belief systems. This is very important and should be known by anyone doing any type of hands on healing.

The three criteria that must be met for a Tai Yi exercise to work are as follows:

  1. The client be willing to receive the exercise.
  2. The grid system is correct.
  3. Universal Energy is sent.

When these criteria are met, Life Energy Flow Tai Yi is the most powerful hands on healing modality available.
